Apple eases up on dev restrictions

Apples infamous developer licensing section 3.3.1 that closed the door on Adobes iPhone packager for Flash just as it was hitting shelves has been updated to ease restrictions of such development tools. It’s not a complete reversal and we’ll have to see exactly what is and isn’t allowed but it’s definitely good news.
