From Paper to Pixels

When Third Mind arrived on the scene, Bark Frameworks was managing its process on paper. Designs and related measurements were entered on a job sheet. Multiple copies of this sheet were then distributed to the various departments – pricing, scheduling, construction, finishing, installation, packaging, shipping, and billing. At any one time, there could be as many as 100+ jobs in the works. A job orders board and on-going project status were maintained manually.

Third Mind collaborated with Bark Frameworks to convert this analog system into a digital process, with immediate access to all aspects of the project(s) in the works, past projects, and client account information as well. We interfaced that system into the company’s QuickBooks accounting system so invoices were automatically generated.
